Instructions:

- In a mixing glass stir Philters Wiski, simple syrup, Peychaud’s bitters, and ice
- Rinse frozen rocks glass with absinthe
- Strain into rocks glass, no ice
- Express lemon peel and rub on glass rim
- Garnish with lemon peel
